The room had a terrible mould smell, but the balcony view was lovely.

Friendly and attentive staff made the stay pleasant.
My stay was overshadowed by a strong mould smell in the room, which was unbearable and forced us to leave the balcony open constantly. The maintenance issues were hard to overlook, with leaks noted around the hotel. Service took an unacceptably long time, with requests taking over an hour to be fulfilled.

sadly, my stay was marred by a smell from the shower drain, which I just can't overlook. And would it hurt to have the spa linens cleaned? I woudl've appreciated a complimentary gesture, but clearly, I'm just another guest here. I almost wanted to leave a good review, but no thanks.

Despite the tranquil setting, I encountered minor annoyances like humidity and mosquitoes typical to tropical locales. I recommend be prepared for these natural elements.

The hotel had beautiful activities like sunset walks, which I enjoyed. I faced issues with room cleanliness and safety during my stay, which overshadowed the positives. I recommend future guests confirm room conditions before settling in and explore all available activities early in their stay.
